for dance production in Germany

Seeking: a male dancer with physical disability
(Minimum age 18 years), with an interest in dance and performance.
Previous artistic experience is desirable, but not a prerequisite for participation

DIN A 13 tanzcompany is one of the world's few dance ensembles in which the members consist of dancers with different physical distinctions. The investigation and visualisation ofthe quality of movement of 'other bodies' and their diversity form the basis for the ensemble's choreographic work and characterises the artistic approach of the company.
Since 2005, and in cooperation with the Goethe Institute, there have been co-productions with regional and international artists in the USA, South Africa, Brazil, Kenya, Ghana, Senegal, Sri Lanka, Venezuela and Israel.

Audition with prior registration only

The audition will be conducted as part of a mixed-abled dance workshop. Due to the COVID-19 situation, we will conduct this using an online format on the Internet; this creates the same chances for all applicants.
